Ingredients
Scale
Crust
- 1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Chocolate Topping
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Powdered Sugar & Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, divided
- 1 1/2 (8-ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened, divided
Peanut Butter Cream Filling
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 (12-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
Instructions
- Melt Chocolate: Place the milk chocolate chips in a small bowl. Heat the heavy cream in the microwave for about 30 seconds or until steaming, then pour it over the chocolate chips. Let sit until melted and smooth. Set aside.
- Prepare Peanut Butter Cream Filling: In a large bowl, beat one 8-ounce block of softened cream cheese until smooth using a mixer. Add 1 cup peanut butter and 1 cup powdered sugar, mixing well to combine. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping until fully incorporated. Set aside.
- Prepare Chocolate Cream Filling: In another large bowl, beat the remaining 8-ounce block of softened cream cheese until smooth. Stir the melted chocolate and cream mixture until silky, then add it to the cream cheese, mixing well. Add the remaining 1/2 cup powdered sugar and blend until smooth. Fold in the remaining whipped topping until fully combined. Set aside.
- Assemble the Pie: Spread half of the peanut butter mixture evenly over the bottom of the graham cracker crust. Layer the chocolate cream filling evenly over the peanut butter layer. Transfer the remaining peanut butter filling to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip (such as 1M) and pipe decorative swirls around the edge of the pie.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours to set before serving. Keep refrigerated covered for up to 5 days.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing and smoother texture.
- Make sure the whipped topping is fully thawed before folding in to prevent lumps.
- You can substitute peanut butter with a natural or crunchy variety for a different texture.
- This no-bake pie must be chilled adequately to set properly.
- For decoration, try adding chopped peanuts or chocolate shavings on top along with the piped swirls.
