Ingredients
Scale
Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberries: Wash and hull the strawberries thoroughly if using fresh to remove stems and any dirt.
- Blend Ingredients: Combine the strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey in a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Fill Molds: Pour the blended mixture evenly into lollipop molds, making sure not to overfill.
- Insert Sticks and Freeze: Insert lollipop sticks into each mold and place the molds in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the lollies are completely solid.
- Serve: Once frozen, remove the lollies from the molds carefully and serve immediately as a cool, healthy treat.
Notes
- You can substitute honey with maple syrup or agave nectar for a vegan version.
- If using frozen strawberries, no need to thaw before blending unless your blender struggles with frozen fruit.
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice or a few fresh mint leaves before blending.
- To make it dairy-free, replace Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt.
- Ensure molds are completely dry before filling to avoid ice crystals forming on the lollies.
