Instructions
- Gather Ingredients: Start by collecting all your ingredients, making sure the bananas are ripe to add natural sweetness.
- Blend Mixture: In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend thoroughly until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Add Nut Butter (Optional): If you choose to add nut butter, incorporate it into the blended mixture and blend again until fully combined and smooth.
- Taste and Adjust: Sample the mixture and add more honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is desired. Blend briefly to mix.
- Pour into Molds: Pour the fudgesicle mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about three-quarters full to allow room for expansion during freezing.
- Insert Sticks: If your popsicle molds require sticks, insert them now carefully.
- Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours, or preferably overnight, to achieve a firm texture.
