- 1 lb Sanuki Udon noodles
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce (preferably sweet soy)
- 2 tbsp Green Onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 1 Thai Bird’s Eye Chili, sliced (optional)
- Mike’s Hot Pot Sauce (optional sweet and spicy blend)
